HARRY W. HUGHES and BERTHA HUGHES; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-005143 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EAST GREENS CONDOMINIUM, INC., is the Plaintiff and HARRY W. HUGHES and BERTHA M. HUGHES are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of JANUARY, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL A, UNIT NO. 3, EAST GREENS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 833, Page 631, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
