NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to the Court Order filed December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 08-ca-016042 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, SERIES 2006-NC3, is Plaintiff, and wherein KASHIFA HARRIS; OSPREY COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO TERRACE II AT OSPREY COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM, on the 17 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
