NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-051985 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and James Beveridge a/k/a James A. Beveridge, Jenifer Mowle, Grande Cay Recreation Association, Inc., successor by merger to Grande Cay Section III Condominium Association, Inc, Gulf Harbour Master Association, Inc, f/k/a Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 2903, BUILDING NO. 29, PHASE 2, GRANDE CAY SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2925, PAGE 80, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
