Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 19 day of December, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-004563 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYPOINTE YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JACK L. DEKEMPER, CYNTHIA A. DEKEMPER, and JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, S/B/A TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A. are the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit E-202, Building E, BAYPOINTE YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1745, Page 2221, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
