Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 19 day of December, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-007325 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MARK REID, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK REID A/K/A BETH REID, MICHAEL J. TRAHAN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. TRAHAN N/K/A NANCY TRAHAN and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY ON BEHALF OF BOSCO CREDIT II TRUST SERIES 2010-01 are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 23, MAPLE GARDENS ONE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1442, Page 1407, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
