NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 8, 2008 entered in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-17939 of the Circuit Court in and for LEE County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m. on the 10th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 923, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
