SORIA; ROCIO SORIA; CAPE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION., INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
