PIERSON; PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS FINANCIAL CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANCORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A GEORGE PAPPIOS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 403, PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4648, PAGE 294, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 5 - 8, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
