NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011937 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE GUPTA; JOHN GUPTA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN WHITLATCH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A PAULETTE WHITLATCH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
