Wells and Alberta Jo. Wells, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, BENT TREE ESTATES, SECTION A, PURSUANT TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
