NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-010210 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Trust 2006-WL1, Plaintiff and The Estate of Raymond Walter Borota, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, UNIT 4 OF EAGLES NEST GARDENS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
