NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-003062 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION TRUST 2006-WF3 is the Plaintiff and SALVATORE ZABALDO, JR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALVATORE ZABALDO, JR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY.
