Unit 202, Building 6250, KIPPS COLONY AT PASADENA YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB II, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 7095, page 92, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 104, page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2013.
