NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09001477CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and Keith A. Rossignol, Bank of America, National Association, Jane Doe n/k/a Sam Cooper, Unknown Spouse of Keith A. Rossignol, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 20, BLOCK 11, BAYOU HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
