NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000867 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA10, is Plaintiff, and, SETKA, IBRO, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 30TH day of JANUARY, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, HAESEKER'S SUWANNEE GARDENS REPLAT SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
