NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 13, 2012, in Case No. 10-13964 CI (020) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Lissa Moon, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block C, Cromwell Heights, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
