Urban a/k/a Michael Urban, JPMorgan Chase, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Tenant #1 n/k/a Alyssa Costa, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
