NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007758 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, as Successor By Merger to LaSalle Bank NA, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 20006-AR19 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Urban a/k/a Michael Urban, JPMorgan Chase, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Tenant #1 n/k/a Alyssa Costa, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
