NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-008209 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. , is the Plaintiff and Jay Schoenfelder a/k/a Jay A. Schoenfelder, Laura Baumberger a/k/a Laura B. Baumberger, Tenant #1 n.k.a Theresa Paschal , Tenant #2 n.k.a Brandon Seals , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BLOCK A OF SEGEE SUBDIVISION, IN SECTION 27, OF TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, LESS THE EAST 92.50 FEET AND ALSO LESS THE SOUTH 27.00 FEET THEREOF, AS PER PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
