NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-1710 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MORNINGSIDE INC. is Plaintiff, and TRACEY L. SWART; is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
