Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2011 CA 007854, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and CURTIS L DEERMAN,et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 133, OF CITY WALK CONDOMINIUM OF BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM FORMERLY KNOWN AS CEDAR TREE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1003 PAGE 130 THROUGH 193, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2107 PAGES 1672 THROUGH 1678, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 134 THROUGH 143, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of April, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
