Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on January 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, Block B, Meadow Lake Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 137 through 139, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 12, 2012, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank, as successor by merger to Coast Bank of Florida vs. Shelly P. Fulcher, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2011 CA 007203.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
