NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005632, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and MANUEL ARREOLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL ARREOLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, VOGELSANG'S BRASOTA MANOR SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
