NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 006479 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and RICHARD C. DEWEY RICHARD C DEWEY, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of January, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
The following described land, situate, lying and being in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 150.00 feet of the South 450,00 feet of U.S, Government Lot 4, Section 31, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, lying West of Palma Sola Boulevard.

A parcel of land submerged land in Palma Sola Bay in Section 31, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NE Corner of U.S. Lot 4, said Section 31; thence West 604.56 feet to a concrete monument; thence turning an angle to the left of 89Ëš51' run thence South 870.36 Feet to a point on the centerline of Bickley Avenue; thence North 88Ëš58'48” West, 1456.8 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88Ëš58'48” West, 363.14 feet to a point on the bulkhead line for a P.O.B., thence South 88Ëš58'48” East 312 feet, more or less, to the mean high water line of Palma Sola Bay; thence Southeasterly along the high water line 195 feet, more or less; thence North 88Ëš58'48” West, 360 feet, more or less, to the bulkhead line; thence along this bulkhead line, the are of a curve of 5399.32 feet radius, concave to the East, a chord distance of 161.66 feet and bearing North 19Ëš54'10” West to the point of beginning.
