NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on DECEMBER 19, 2012, in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of JANUARY, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST ½ OF LOTS 318 AND 462, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A 10 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 10 FEET OF WEST ½ OF SAID LOTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
