NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-004588 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS GALLEN, JR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A MEGAN HERNANDEZ, TENANT #2 N/K/A EDGAR HERNANDEZ, TENANT #3 N/K/A BICENTA PEREZ, and TENANT #4 N/K/A EMICIO GONZALEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN 25 FEET NORTH AND 168.7 FEET WEST FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE RUN WEST 69.35 FEET; THENCE NORTH 125.55 FEET; THENCE EAST 69.35 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 125.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS 5 FEET OFF THE SOUTH FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
