NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 41 2009 CA 008765 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARTIN TORRES JR; OTILIA GUERRERO; STATE OF FLORIDA; MANATEE COUNTY; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A VICTOR GAONA; TENANT #2 N/K/A AMALIA MARTINEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
