Thompson, Kathy Thompson, Country Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., First Choice Roofing, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for USA Mortgage Corporation are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
