NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 17, 2012, and entered in Case# 2012CA1087 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein H & R BLOCK BANK, A FEDERAL SAVING BANK, is the Plaintiff and JOHN W. GIDDENS A/K/A JOHN GIDDENS; KATIE R. GIDDENS A/K/A KATIE GIDDENS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A RANDY ALBRITTON; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A JUDY ALBRITTON are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, PEACOCK'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
