NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 12, 2012, and entered in 41 2011 CA 005754 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2, is the Plaintiff and MARK R. TRUDEAU; MARGARET E. MCINNIS N/K/A MARGARET TRUDEAU; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TYLER TRUDEAU are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 130 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE NORTH 130 FEET OF THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK A, ATZROTH'S ADDITION TO PALMETTO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 240, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
