NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003597 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Holders of Morgan Stanley Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Reynaldo Moreno, Jr. and Maria Luisa B. Moreno, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK A, EDGEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
