NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 006475, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and MARJANI D. JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARJANI D. JONES; JOHN DOE N/K/A GLENN DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, WALTON ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 4 FEET OF THE WEST 4 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
