NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-2425, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS3 is the Plaintiff and TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS SEIPEL; DAVID R. SEIPEL; TRINA SEIPEL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHEATHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 1: BEGIN 13.70 CHAINS WEST AND 13.80 CHAINS NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 100.5 FEET THENCE WEST 3.03 CHAINS THENCE SOUTH 100.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 3.03 CHAINS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AN EASEMENT FOR A ROAD, BEING 29TH STREET WEST, OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE TRACT.
PARCEL II; THE NORTH ½ OF LOT 16, TB, GALLUPS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK I, PAGE 309, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
