NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006447, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY CACIC; ANNA CACIC; SUNTRUST BANK; WILD OAK BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILD OAK VILLA II OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FRANK E BARANSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 18-A, THE VILLAS AT WILD OAK BAY II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 933, PAGES 181 THROUGH 250, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 56 AND 57, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 168 AND 169, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
