NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-04492-NC, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH VAVRA, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE VAVRA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2004; JOSEPH VAVRA; SUE K. VAVRA, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE VAVRA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2004; SUE K. VAVRA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE VAVRA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2004; GRAND OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of January, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103, IN BUILDING 4923, OF GRAND OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1963, AT PAGE 4666, AND AMENDEMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, AT PAGE 118, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
