NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and NETTY YARBROUGH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE NETTY YARBROUGH TRUST, DATED OCTOBER 31, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE NETTY YARBROUGH TRUST, DATED OCTOBER 31, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SHIRLEY M. DEGRAVES TRUST; NETTY YARBROUGH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NETTY YARBROUGH, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE SHIRLEY M.
