NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11 04359 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Terrace I at Heritage Bay Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Keith A. Davison is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said order of Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 623, BUILDING NO. 6, OF TERRACE 1 AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4110, PAGE 1231, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS AMENDED.

Property Address: 10265 Heritage Bay Boulevard, Unit 623, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
