Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2012, entered in Case No. 09-4672-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash on the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
