BROWN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL D BROWN N/K/A KRISTIN A. BROWN N/K/A KRISTIN A. BROWN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; VANDERBILT SURF COLONY CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, ASSOCIATION, INC.; VANDERBILT SURF COLONY RECREATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1T FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
