NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006317 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and CHRIS R. ADKINS A/K/A CHRIS ADKINS; MICHELLE ADKINS; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1T FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 14th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, RUN EASTERLY ALONG SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 6, A. DISTANCE OF 1485.31 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 1485.31 FEET EAST OF THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 6 AT A DISTANCE OF 660 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 660 FEET NORTH OF SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 6 A DISTANCE OF 165.03 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 1650.35 FEET EAST OF SAID WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 6 A DISTANCE OF 660 TEST TO A POINT ON SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 6, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 6 A DISTANCE OF 165.03 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THE RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS IS RESERVED OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 30 FEET OF AFORE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, INCLUDING RIGHTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD FACILITIES.
