NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-001993 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.ON BEHALF OF CWABS, INC.,REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES SERIES 2004-T is the Plaintiff and MARLENE DONNER; PATRICK OKENKA; EVA PETRASOVICOVA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURES ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC. GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR4; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1T FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK 345, MARCO BEACH UNIT 10, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 74 THROUGH 79 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
