NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004178 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-8CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-8CB1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and FRANK C. PAPOLA; PAULA A. PAPOLA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULA A. PAPOLA N/K/A WALT WITTON; BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1T FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1072.5 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 38, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO AN ACCESS EASEMENT OVER, ALONG AND ACROSS THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF
