NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-001510 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WMLT 2005-A is the Plaintiff and EDWARD CRANN A/K/A EDWARD J. CRANN; BARBARA CRANN A/K/A BARBARA J. CRANN; MONTEREY SINGLE FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; MONTEREY MASTER OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1T FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
