NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1104369CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VICTOR LUCIO, OSI FUNDING, CORP., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ROGELIO CANTU, LINA LUCIO and MARTHA M. TURRUBIARTEZ A/K/A MARTHA CANTU IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East Half of the South Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 46 South, Range 29 East, less the East Thirty (30) feet and The South Thirty (30) Feet thereof for road right of way purposes, Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
