NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010999, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff and LORI M. ANDERSEN, MILANO RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC, MILANO SECTION II RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC, LORI M. ANDERSEN, TRUSTEE OF THE LORI M ANDERSON DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED JULY 7, 2006 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 14 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 192, MILANO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
