NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010696, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006-AR6,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTS,SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and JAMES PRINTZ, ENRIQUE CRUZ, MAYELIN GOMEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES PRINTZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 14 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 23, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
