NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007680, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-11 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN ROBERTS, BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., PARTRIDGE POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, CHRISTINE ROBERTS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 32-101, PARTRIDGE POINTE, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2323, PAGES 150 THROUGH 251, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
