THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 33, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at Collier County Courthouse, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of January, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
