notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 11-2012-CA-000510 in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and ALAN R LEMOINE, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
The West 180 feet of Tract 17, Unit 84, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 23, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 14th day of January, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
