Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 13, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 111, UNIT 62, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3770 47TH AVE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on January 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
