and commonly known as: 107 W PAGO PAGO DR, NAPLES, FL, 34113; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the Lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on January 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
